✨ What materials do you use? Are the earrings hypoallergenic?

Most of my gold earring findings are 14–18K gold-plated brass and are nickel-free (yay!). My handmade clay earrings are made from high-quality polymer clay, a lightweight, slightly flexible material that might look like ceramic — but feels nothing like it. They’re soft, comfy, and easy on your ears.


🧼 How should I care for my earrings or ornaments?

For clay earrings, use a Q-tip dipped in rubbing alcohol to gently remove dirt or makeup. Gold-plated parts may darken or tarnish over time if exposed to water or skin oils — give them a little love with a soft cloth or tarnish remover to keep them shiny.


🎨 Can I request a custom item?

Yes — Custom orders come with an extra charge. If you’re a retailer looking for wholesale or a bride wanting custom bridal party earrings, just shoot me a message :)


🤔 Why doesn’t my item look exactly like the photo?

Some items are handmade from scratch, which means every piece is a little unique!
You may notice:

  • Small bubbles or dust
  • Slight color variations
  • Minor marks
    These do not affect the quality or cuteness, and returns won’t be accepted for tiny imperfections like these.

🚫 What’s your cancellation, return, and exchange policy?

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. No exceptions after that.

Returns:

  • Must contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Buyer covers return shipping.
  • I can’t offer replacements for items broken after delivery or due to regular use.

🌍 Do you ship outside the USA?

Yes! I can ship worldwide. However, international orders may take longer and incur extra fees — thanks for your patience 💌


📦 What’s your shipping policy?

I use USPS First Class Mail by default (upgrade available at checkout).

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days
  • US shipping: 3–4 business days
  • International: a bit longer, depending on your location.
