Shipping policy

 My default shipping method is USPS first class mail, and shipping upgrades can be added on during checkout. Current processing time is about 2-3 business days. Shipping usually takes an additional 2-5 business days in USA, and longer outside of USA.

I try my hardest to ship every item in a timely manner, but Her Paints and Planet is a one-woman operation, and since all of my items are 100% made by hand in small batches, I prefer not to rush the process. Things occasionally get backed up, especially around holidays. When I ship an item, you will always receive an email you to let you know, which includes the tracking number so that the package can be tracked on its way to you.

I am not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once I drop it off, or if a package is lost by the shipping carrier, and I will not give refunds on this basis. Once an item leaves my hands, I am not responsible for issues that may be caused by the shipping carrier, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. I will not refund or replace these items.
